Scan QR with new iPAD 9.7 not possible?

I purchased a new iPAD 9.7 w iOS 10. My partner sent me a QR Project code. I set up a New Project and proceed to Scan QR code but I get a Blynk message, Access to Camera is denied. To enable it go to Settings, select Blynk application and turn access to Camera on.

The problem is NO Blynk to select anywhere that I have searched on the new iPAD. I can swipe up on the Blynk page and the camera option appears on the bottom but either button to snap the code is disabled or I just get another photo of the QR code.

I have Blynk Version 2.11.0(10)

Please advise?

@sgroen please move your post to an appropriate category. If, as a new user, you are not able to move it let us know and we will move it.

Please update.

Go to System Settings app and there find a Blynk among other applications you have on your iPad

Sorry, I don’t know how to move it so feel free to but how do I avoid this next time?

@sgroen it’s been categorised by @Dmitriy for you as Need Help With My Project, the category that 90% of posts need to be allocated to. Simply select one of the categories from the drop down list next to the topic title you created before you click the Create Topic button. Pretty sure you can edit your posts too, even as a new user, but it’s been done for you now.

@Eugene I only see a Settings icon among all the other app icons. Under Settings the only settings I see that are relevant are Control and Photos & Camera. Neither get me to selecting Blynk.

New to Blynk.

In the same list where you saw Photos & Camera but down down below should be a list of apps and Blynk among those apps.

@Eugene I called Apple and they stepped me through a Hard Reset which resulted in Blynk
and other apps now appearing under Settings.

Thanks. (do I marked this Solved somewhere?)

Good. Thanks for letting us know.
