RTC format

hello fellow Blynkers, question- in the RTC format when the clock is at 23:59 does it go to 24:00 or does it go to 00:00 ?
example-
23:59
24:00
24:01
24:02
or does it go
23:59
00:00
00:01
00:02

I have not tested, but example 1 might result in, for example 24 hours and 30 minutes in any given day.

Any given day must start at 00:00 or the time warriors may get involved.
