Minor update: Switched to local server, but the unscheduled scheduling still persists. The only notable difference is that it yet again sends the ON signal instead of OFF in the middle of the night! 
For reference, I’m not an early riser 
And I still can’t believe I’m the only one with this weird problem hehe.
