After a long period of not using my Blynk App the account has been deactivated.
Is there any way to recover my old project before the deactivation:

Nope.
Account gets automatically deleted if unused for 6 months. You would need to create new account and start from scratch.
And incase you are still on the old platform, its closed all together. Now you will have to register on BlykIOT.
We’ll implement recovery at some point, but at the moment - yeah, not possible.
