Problems with users, sub-organisations and templates in the mobile app

I need help, as much as I read the topics I find out less and less, I’m going to try to explain myself.
The first thing I have done is to register two devices in my Blynk account, I have created a template for the two devices for the two devices. So far so good, I as administrator from the app I see the devices and I can modify the template.
The problems start when I want several users to access the same device, as I have read in some Topic you have to create sub-organisations, register the users that are going to use some device and transfer the device. Everything seems to work but what is my surprise that I as a super administrator, the device has disappeared from the app and I can not edit the template, even I have created pages in device info which I can not access.
I can’t access the transferred device in the APP and as I can’t register as an administrator user in the sub-organisation when I’m registered as administrator of the blynk account, I’m very worried and I don’t know how to solve it.
I should have access as before creating suborganization to the devices to be able to edit the templates of the APP and to be able to access info pages that I create in origin.
It’s a big mess and I don’t know what to do.

Hi Vicente,

You still have access to the template under which the device was created. To do this, you need to go to the developer mode - find the template and make changes.

You can also find the device by switching to sub organization in the organization’s settings menu - switch organization - select the required organization - switch - device dashboard.

Another question. How do I assign a device within a sub-organisation to users within the sub-organisation?
I can only transfer it to one user.

You can transfer the device to any level of sub organization.
