Hey guys, I’ve recently bought a 5000 energy pack via iTunes, unfortunately, the energy didn’t show up.
I’ve waited and restarted the phone but it didn’t work so i made another purchase by google play.
The thing is, it has been a week and the one I bought on iTunes still didn’t show up, i tried to refund but iTunes emailed me saying that they cant refund or solve the problem, theres no restore purchase button on the app or whatever and the only support iTunes recommended was blynk community…

in your iOS Blynk app, please go to the About screen and send us logs. In your email, please add some brief explanation of the issue (or just reference this post).
