Particle IDE library not at newest version

@Pavel, the Particle IDE library is showing a version 0.3.2 even though the version history indicates it should be at 0.3.3. The presence of BLYNKSIMPLESPARKCORE.H in the library suggests 0.3.2. Perhaps the library was incorrectly published? Can you please verify. Thanks!
