Sound notifications in the smartphone app I’m getting it only when the app is in use ! !
When the smartphone is at rest there’s no sound notification!
I’ve already tested it on several smartphones and it’s not a configuration problem, simply blynk 2.0 app in this part is to be desired and there’s no option to choose the notification sound! I have Blynk (legacy) and it works perfectly on my smartphone!
Go to settings/app management/blynk IOT and you should see notification management.

That option isn’t available in iOS though.

hello friends I have the same problem since this blynk 2.0 with some Android phones (there are several) the notification with sound does not arrive…only if the application is open. on my Android phones the options that the partner puts do not appear.
I’m not sure if this gonna work or not, but I guess you have to enable notification management to see this option.

my configuration is exactly that way but it still doesn’t work…I did several tests and noticed that it only works with an Android 11 phone, instead with 3 other Android phones the notifications don’t sound when the phone is locked, on those phones that They don’t work, I put notifications as a priority and they can work with the screen locked… but the sound doesn’t work anyway. the notifications arrive but in silence… and many times I have to enter the app so that it just notifies. In the previous version of Blynk all mentioned phones work normally. It only works perfectly with a single phone, the difference that I noticed is that its Android is 11.
