I would say yes. ESP32 may also be an option as it also can support multiple “hardware” based serial (or so I believe) but will come with it’s own learning curve… and you don’t seem to be in need of WiFi for your particular project, what with using GSM
So I suggest the Mega in this case with its main programming/Serial monitor port and three (3) independent and easy to use auxiliary Hardware Serial ports.
