I wanted to add some energy to my account so I pressed the ADD button and went through with the purchasing. However, no energy was added when the purchasing was finalized. I checked my bank account and the money was deducted from my account. I tried again and the same thing happened.
When purchasing everything went well apart from the last step, when I finalized the purchase I was redirected to a page that didn’t exist.
What can I do to get the energy I purchased?
I used a Motorola G7
Purchased through google play using IDEAL as the payment option.
