I am trying to get my first project ported over from Legacy. My first template worked somewhat, but I decided to start over with a new template so I deleted the template and device. I went through all the steps with the new template, data streams, web dashboard and device activation. The MY DEVICES indicates that I am on line and I am getting information on the IDE serial monitor. However, I still have the old template on the mobile app and I can’t get rid of it. The new template doesn’t show up either so I can not configure the Widgets. I tried re-installing the app, but the old template is still there. I think this is a Newbie problem. What am I doing wrong?

Hello. Do you use mobile only? ios or android? App should have a “delete” button for the time template. Also, you can do the same on the web. I see currently you have 2 templates. So looks you didn’t remove it actually.

I am the originator of this thread and it appears that I am having the same problem with my second project.
I completed and saved everything In the template and Web dashboard section, and I have an auth code for the second device, but the new template does not appear on the IOS phone. I then noticed that the switch for the first project is not syncing with the web dashboard. Since I am using that switch to disable a notification (which I have not done yet), I didn’t notice that it either never worked or it stopped working. I tried to re-install the App, but it didn’t work.
The region is Fra1.
Is there any chance that you’ve somehow created two Blynk accounts?

It is possible that I created another account while trying to un-install/install the app to get the system working. I am trying to use my old legacy account, but maybe it is not possible. How do I check for multiple accounts, and how should I eliminate the extra one? If I have multiple accounts, which one should I eliminate?
Are you using exactly the same email address and password to log into the web console and in to the app?
Do both the web console and the app show the same region of fra1 ?
There is no connection between the new cloud servers and the old legacy servers (which are switched-off now anyway) so you can’t use your legacy credentials unless the account you’ve created in Blynk IoT happens to use exactly the same credentials.
