My Energy balance is still zero when I have paid Energy pack 5,000 already

Hi
I need help about I’m paid for Energy pack 5,000 yesterday Aug 16, 2021 but until now my Energy balance is still zero 0.
I have checked with Banking then payment was success.
I am using iPhone 6 to perform transaction, Please advise

Hi! Unfortunately, we have no way to troubleshoot payments made on Blynk legacy platform via Appstore or Google Play. Maybe you can try initiating a refund directly in through App Store / google play, if your payment was indeed successful and you are still not seeing Energy?
