Money deducted from bank account but Blynk energy not recived , no confirmation email too

I paid for blynk energy but , i didnt receive it in my app , there is no customer support at all and its very stressful to even find a contact information if something like this happens i am attaching the screenshot and transaction id with this post please help

i did an in app purchase via google pay

I am glad you resolved your problem. Banks are quite problematic
