Issue of my project!

Hello!!
I’m conducting a project with Blynk + Arduino uno+ Ethernet Shield. I have a question : A online project with Blynk need to Internet to run. Sometime my internet is disconnected, so whole my project is not run. How to my project still run with other Peripherals ( LCD , sensor,…) while my internet has disconnected!
