Is it possiable to connet my arduino to blink through esp8266 module not shield

i currently have esp8266 module but it seems that I can’t connect to the application ?

I use ESP8266 module and Blynk. It works well.

How are you programming your ESP8266 module? I use Arduino to write the software and FTDI as the serial port connection to program the module. The NodeMCU type of module can be plugged into USB directly and does not need an FTDI adapter to do the programming.
