Is the blynk app only entered via the application? Can we log in on the web page? Could you help?

You have to start with the App, to setup an account and create/control your projects… You can use an Android Emulator like NOX, MEmu, etc, if you don’t have a phone or tablet.

Once you have a login account and project, it is possible to use the HTTP RESTful API with a browser to control and monitor pins, as well as Node-Red, webhooks, and soon BlynkWeb (reportedly), etc.
