IOS 9.02 Blynk update issue

After updating Blynk App on IOS 9.02 my application is not working anymore altough i get a connection to Blynk. What happend ???
My system ran for months without any problem.
Anybody with same results ???

Hello, sorry for that. You need to delete and create dashboard again =(. Unfortunately we made a bug in latest iOS update.

Blynk 1.13 on iOS 9.02 is stuck on installing. It won’t even delete. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Doug

Have you tried rebooting your device?

@ Dmitriy
Thanks. All widget infos were lost. After assigning them again everything seems to run. But after switching the ipad or iphone off and on again all widget infos are still lost.

@voyager

Please provide with detailed steps in order to reproduce.

I think it was my mistake. I tried filling up the missing widget info. It worked. But after switching on all widget were empty again. I had to delete and create dashboard again. Now it seems to work.

I should have thought of rebooting. All is well now.
Thanks,
Doug

Oh oh. There seems to be big bug in the system. My project stopped working on the iPhone after updating the App on the iPhone to version 1.3 today. It is still running on the iPad without problems. I cannot load the same project on my iPhone. Normally it worked on both systems without problems. The Project Settings and the the AUTH TOKEN are the same. But even if i set the Pins again the project looses them on the iPhone. Please don’t tell me i have to completely delete the Dashboards on both systems and create a new one on one of the devices. I’ll get mad repeating this procedure.

Hello , voyager. I’m really sorry about this situation. Let me try to help you.

I’ll appreciate if you describe a little bit more details about your environment.
First please tell me OS version and Blynk version on your iPad.

Okay. Thanks.
IOS Version 9.02 on iPad and iPhone. Blynk Version 1.13 on both.

We are trying to catch this bug. So all details are important. Please post screenshots, which hardware did you use?

Anything that could help us.

Terribly sorry for that

iPad is 3rd Generation and the iPhone is a 5S. Both are running in a WLan environment and the system ran for months.
I just got a info from a friend telling me to remove the App on the iPhone and to clean out the iPhone’s memory. Install the Blynk App again. Then it should use the project which is running on the iPad.

Did your friend’s suggestion help you?
If not please also tell me which widgets are you using.
And would be great to have ones settings (pins, ranges etc.)

I had this issue too and nothing other than create a new project with a new auth token helped me.

I really tried it. Deleted the Blynk App. Cleared the iPhone memory. Installed the Blynk App. And wonder the iPhone has now loaded the same project i had created on the iPad. There was no need for me to create a new auth token. I olready had recreated my Project on the iPad.
Since yesterday evening the system is still running.
Where and what is the bug? Any problems during updating ?
Next i will modify something in the project on the iPhone and the iPad just to see if the devices show and use this modification.

Tell us about the result of such actions on your devices. Is everything ok now?

Loading the modifications (inserting and deleting new widgets) works on both devices.
Seems to work now. But i will control it several times.

In case if you’ll face this issue again please hold your project’s state and we’ll try to figure out the reason together.
