In app i get message that pro plan is over 28th june. But where can i go to upgrade?

Currently only in the web dashboard. You can click on one of the “Upgrade” banners or you can go to Organization Settings → Billing, then choose a plan there.

Hi @iryna_l I actually have already switched to pro plan but I do not see that “billing” option, and I also don’t have access to all actions in roles and permissions as admin.
Still the same problem. In web dashboard is all ok, but in the app it seems to think i have free version…
We have an app update which unlocks widgets in Plus plan under Apple review. Should be available soon.

I have paid for the first month, and i can`t use the app…
The update was submitted yesterday. Now, we don’t have any control over it. Apple review takes from few hours to few days. Apple doesn’t provide any ETA. Sorry.
How can you charge people for an product that not works properly? Is there any refound here?
