How to share Same Template and Device With My Friend

I want to share My Device With my friend. Currently I am able to invite others but I am also able to control their devices. How can I share my device with others so that I am not able to control their device. Is there any way to do so?

Meanwhile is there any other way to share the devices with customer? What about the organisation? Will somehow my job be done if I take the PRO membership?
