How to send broadcast data from one of the tagged devices to all tagged devices? Without addition all devices tokens to many bridges on device.

A tag is a way of setting one widget to simultaneously control multiple devices at one time. Each must have different auths as normal but use same vPin, in their code, as the tagged widget.
If you wish to send discrete data/control between devices then you do need to use Bridge.
