How to add new library for WizFi310

Hello, all.

Blynk does not support WIZnet’s WizFi310, so I created it simply.

I wrote a library to pilot RC cars, and I have not done much testing yet. I will test the other features of Blink and check the stability.

Anyway, if the stability is confirmed to some extent, I would like to request the official addition of the library.

Where can I ask for this?
