Hello. I am starting usin blynk as a business. A company is buing the product I’ve made and reselling it as a service. But he needs to access and receia alerts from all the companies he is dealling with. How can a user acces multiple sub organizations?
Hello. I see 2 questions here.
In order to receive alerts from your own product in sub-organizations you need to add “Technical Contact” (or similar) meta field of the type Contact to your product after that you’ll be able to set up notifications so Technical Contact will be able to get them.
Option 1. Go to the search, click on “All devices”, you’ll see all devices from all sub organizations
Option 2. On the web, go to the search → organizations. Find a required organization, mouse over on required organization, you’ll see icon with text “Switch To”, click on it. Now you are in your sub-organization, you can see all it’s devices in “My devices” section. To switch back - click on the top left icon, on click you’ll be switch to your own root org.
Option 3. On mobile click on “SEtting menu” in the left top corner, click on “Organization name”, you should be able to switch to the sub org.
Does that help? Is you still have a questions - please let me know.
