That shows that you have version 0.6.1 of the Blynk library installed.

Go to Boards, Board Manager and scroll down to “esp by esp community” and see what version of the ESP Core you are using.

Yes, that one.
Version 2.3.0 is extremely old. The latest version is 2.6.3
I’d suggest you update the ESP Core and try again.

Go to File, Preferences.
What does it say in the “Additional Boards Manager URLs”?

Copy and paste the contents rather than posting a screenshot.

Okay, replace that with this:

http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json

The go back into Board Manager and update to the latest version.
