Hello. I need help. I can not use voice commands by IFTTT and google assistant. as response from (https://blynkapi.docs.apiary.io/) : invalid token. while I respected everything and i used valid token from my email account.

You need to use the IP address of your Blynk cloud server rather than blynk-cloud.com
Search for Geo DNS for more info.

How did you get the IP address of 45.55.96.146?
I’ve just checked and your project is on the Frankfurt server, which has the IP address of 139.59.206.133
which is what you should be using in your IFTTT recipe.
