Error using Blynk library (& Terminal)

char ssid[] = "consored";
char pass[] = "consored";

WidgetTerminal terminal(V1);

void setup() {
  Blynk.begin(auth, ssid, pass);

void loop() {
  int h = dht.readHumidity();
  int t = dht.readTemperature();

Hey, using the DHT11 sonsor, i want to be able to see the values of the sensor. So i wrote this Sketch. But the Console throws this Error while compiling:
invalid operands of types ‘const char [29]’ and ‘float’ to binary ‘operator+’

i really dont know what to do now. Can you help me?

You can’t add int’s and String’s together.

In the terminal.print() use String(h) etc

Read my post again.

Now it compiles correct but in the Terminal you can just see how it spams because the scroll bar becomes smaller
is it a bug ?

you cant see anything just how the scroll bar becomes smaller, -> the ESP is sending datas

Why do people upload screenshots to random sites on the internet when they can upload to this site?

Maybe a new user restriction.

Paste your revised line for terminal.print() but I’m guessing you haven’t configured the widget correctly.

The scroll bar is just a side effect showing how data lines are scrolling by…

However, if you just added that Terminal Widget, then there is a minor bug in the Android App (reported and ignored :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: ) wherin it defaults to Black text on Black screen.

So stop it, edit it and change the text to white :wink:

Wow xDD
why has the app the setting to have same colors? xD
anyways thanks for dont being dump like me

Recent glitch, once you “fix” it you can never get it back (text and background the same), until you remove and replace the Terminal … I don’t think I was believed when I first mentioned it :sushing_face:
