i have a new device new and first account , and it shows me this error while i have not even built anything

What exactly does this mean?
Have you created a template and device in the web console or app?
What hardware device do you have?
Have you uploaded any code to this device?
Have you added any widgets to the web console or to the app?

Hello. Please clarify where exactly do you see this error?

The only place you can see this error - external HTTPS API. Is that the case? If so every device is limited by 100 events per day.
