E-mail address not found in Blynk database

I am returning after a few months and when I try to access Blynk I receive the message that my e-mail address (xxx@cgocable.ca) cannot be found in your database.

I should still have points that I paid for in my account.


Hello. Please create account again and provide me with your new login name. We have moved to new infrastructure this summer so unused accounts were removed.

I now have created a new account using my e-mail address as a login name: xxx@cgocable.ca

I can login a new project, I am only missing the energy balance I had accumulated.
