Delay on Notification

Need Help With My Project

I made a project on ESP01, the program send a notification to Blynk

but most of the time, notification appears on my smartphone several minutes after (généraly 3 to 7 min)

and sometime, there is no notification on the smartphone until I do something on the smartphone

does anyone have an idea ?

Project should be kept running. Just swipe it away but do not stop it. Also need internet connection to work.
