What does ping fra1.blynk.cloud shows?

Do you have some kind of proxy or VPN in your office network? I see that hardware doesn’t use ssl, while app and web - does. This is usually means that you have some proxy between.

Could you please send me logs when you see this problem again? Also, checking the browser console would have as well.

No VPN at office, but ISP router firewall, I can take control of it if needed.
In fact, I can connect my phone to blynk cloud and I can see all widgets running (wifi network )
NoxPlayer doesn’t want to connect

Dashboard connected after 60 sec but all widgets are frozen
My browser is firefox 89, tried with Edge too, no success
From where can I export logs ?

It could be another issue, not related to the network. Can you check the browser “developer console”?

Since this morning , everything comes back in order without doing anything ! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

No changes on our side. When you see this again - please check the browser console, most likely it’s some kind of network error, it would be nice to know what exactly.
