You need at least to forward port 8443 (which is the App port) to the Local server IP. If you want hardware to connect to the server from outside your network you also need 8442 and 8441 (for SSL and non SSL hardware respectively I think).
Behind WiFi router
If you want to run Blynk server behind WiFi-router and want it to be accessible from the Internet, you have to add port-forwarding rule on your router. This is required in order to forward all of the requests that come to the router within the local network to Blynk server.

i started use vps on arubacloud. cost 1 euro per month. there is no problem for now.
