Control multiple devices with one button or slider

Is it possible to control multiple devices with one button or slider. Say for instance I have 3 outside lights at different locations, each with their own esp8266 connected. I would like to be able to dim all 3 simultaneously or switch them on and off simultaneously. Is this possible? If so how would you do it?
