Just a quick question…can I connect to my Blynk App using my phone when I am not in the house(hence not connected to my WIFI) using 3/4G?

yes, so long as your phone and the hardware device can both get to the internet, they can both connect to the Blynk servers. The phone and the device do not need to be on the same local network.
