I had paid through Internet Banking and bought 5000 points (Energy Balance) THROUGH he Blynk App in my mobile phone.
The amount has been debited from my bank account. But the Blynk App on my mobile phone has not updated the Energy Balance with 5000 points. May be there is a software glitch or the payment gateway has been hacked.
I find that there is no link or contact no. for Developers (using the mobile App) to lodge a complaint or feedback. So I posted the complaint in the Business Section of the official website, giving all the details about a week back. Till now no response.
I don’t want to risk another payment. I am frustrated. Where should I lodge the complaint?
