The credentials aren’t stored in the sketch, which is why you can’t find them.
The combination of the board type defined in your .ino file and the associated part of the Settings.h file dictate which GPIO pin is used to clear the stored credentials.
Pressing this button for at least 10 seconds will clear the credentials and allow you to re-provision the device via the app. More info here…
