Cannot view RAW DATA on wed-chart

My web chart can’t view RAW DATA, if I select “AVG OF” it shows normal data but if I choose “RAW DATA” it shows “NO DATA” (I have enabled “save raw data” in datastream).Is anyone having the same problem as me?

What type of subscription do you have?
