I found an issue with templates. I am not able to create a new template in my account web gui (PLUS subscription).
I cannot see where I can change the manufacturer name when creating the template, to avoid this error.

The Manufacturer is usually your organization. Check the name of your organization. If there are invalid characters, delete them. For example, an apostrophe.
Go to templates, choose a device and you should see the manufacturer. Click on edit to change it.
There were only letters spaces and “.”.
Fixed after editing organization name.
