Can’t complete purchase of energy on iOS

Hi all, I have a similar issue…

I get the “Can’t complete purchase :frowning: Please try again.”
Iphone 6S ios 11.0.3

Hello, I moved your question into it’s own topic (the one you posted on was old, for Android, and was due to being in a country that wasn’t permitted by Google).

There is a possibility that Apple also has similar restrictions for online purchases in your particular region / country.

@Dmitriy If this is so, are there alternative energy purchasing options for his user?

@walter76 Could you please do the following:

  1. Go to iOS Settings app, find there Blynk and enable logging
  2. Go to Blynk app and try to make a purchase
  3. In Blynk app go to About page and send us logs from there
