Can resize all widgets except for Step V and Step H

Hi,

Are Step V and Step H resizable, they seem to be the only controllers that I cannot resize.
I’ve done some googling and ensure that I have the latest app from the play store. I uninstalled previous and cleared the cache.

I am using Moto G6 plus and running Android 8.0.0

I have gone through to settings and ensured that all animation settings are set to 1 - found this advice in another topic here

There is plenty of room around the widgets to resize.

No, those widgets are NOT resizable for some unknown reason.
