BLYNK on Arduino with Ethernet w5500 Outputs default state

Hello!
I get working Blynk on Arduino Nano with Ethernet module W5500 using <Ethernet2.h> and <BlynkSimpleEthernet2.h> libs.
But there is one wierd behavior, I’ll try to describe…
I use Arduino outputs 3 to 9, in blynk app set as buttons. Outputs are connected to relay board with active LOW level.
After Arduino reset, there are all GPIOs set as INPUTS (but can’t read with HTTP RESTful API), except GPIO 6 - this is set as output with LOW level.

If I remove Button GPIO 6, then the same happens with GPIO 7. If I add Button to GPIO 6, then the behavior doesn’t go back to GPIO 6, but stays on GPIO 7… Actually I didn’t found any relationship…

When using relay board with active High levels, this doesn’t matter…

I think, it shouldn’t be so.
