Blynk local server you exceeded limit of devices that could be created

Hi all, can anyone help with this issue.
up to date local server
latest android app
latest blynk library

i aLready have 26 devices in one project.

trying to add another and the message " you exceeded limit of devices that could be created"

is it listed in the server.properties file?

yeah i just changed it from 25
