Blynk local server on Raspberry PI Access Point

I have successfully installed a local Blynk server on a Raspberry pi Zero and Setup Raspberry pi as an Access Point but not he two together. Steps

  1. Install Local Blynk Server on pi (checked it is working)
  2. ssh on to the pi and configure it as an access point (connected PC to the Rpi AP) 192.168.4.1
  3. Restarted the Blynk server

But cannot access the server on 192.168.4.1:9443/admin

If I try to restart the server gain via ssh then I get the message saying it is already running. ! Any ideas welcome.

Solved need to use https:ipaddress:9443/admin
