Blynk library 0.3.3 incomplete

There are some crucial files missing such as:
ESP8266_HardSer.h
ESP8266_SoftSer.h
ESP8266.cpp

Also, in the 0.3.3 release zip, the boards folder is empty.

This is correct. End user don’t need them.

Thanks @Dmitriy, in my existing local folder, I had a “boards_json” folder, is that also unnecessary?

Yeap. You may remove this folder.
