Blynk HW cannot connect to wi-fi and thus cannot run

When trying to connect the network id is not as stated in the tutorials. When trying to connect to the device wi-fi, the local wi-fi authentication is presented, but the device never gets connected. Tried to change connection values (to USB, BlueTooth), but nothing is working.

Did anyone experience the same issue? It is the IoT Starter Kit with the ESP8266-board.
