Blynk + ESP01 + AiThinker

I have an ESP-01 (with AI Thinker firmware) connected to a nano board with Blynk. It works great, but I would like to set the board in a sleep mode to recover faster than what I do today; power it up and make a new connection every time. The lightsleep and modem sleep should work. But how do I do that, and would Blynk dislike this?
