Blynk energy not showing up after successful in-app purchase

I purchased the x13,000 energy pack via the android in-app purchase and confirmed it charged me through google play store, however the energy has not been added to my account. Please help.

How many times have you restarted the phone and app. Also try logging out of the app. Mine has always come up after a bit of fooling around.
