Blynk Bluetooth is not working over cloud server

Need Help With My Project

I am trying to update the Arduino pin using the cloud link
Http://blynk-cloud/authkey/update/D13?value=1
But nothing is workings and the pin data is not changing what i should do

Your title states Bluetooth… which does NOT use a server/network link to the device and thus any server/network related functions (like webhook) will NOT work.

But can i use the link for updating the pin status as i can do it with Esp8266

Yes, if you use an ESP-01 as a WiFi adapter in AT mode to link the Arduino to the Server/network.
