Both accounts also registered and posting from the same IP address.
I’ve messaged both users and asked for an explanation, if I don’t get a credible response then I’ll deactivate both accounts.

Yes, this same user was previously posting same question in another topic as he/she didn’t seem happy with the initial answers… I guess he/she figured this was a way of “outsmarting” us
I have merged both topics together.
