Blynk 2.0 - So far so good!

I just wanted to say as someone who had a product using Blynk 1.0, and has now started shipping products using Blynk 2.0 the improvement is just amazing. The Blynk console makes like much easier, not just to have a list of products that have shipped, but by making customer service so much easier. Being able to log in and see the users device and work through issues is really a game changer for us. And of course the easy OTA updates are great too.

So I just wanted to say we are really enjoying Blynk 2.0 and can’t wait to see what additions are added.

Now if only we could get that Google Home/Alexa integration! haha

We have it already for Blynk Business clients:

The reason why we don’t add it to the platform is that certification requires ~1 month of our time that we can’t dedicate right now. The time is so big because Blynk is “constructor” and not a specific device, what Alexa/GHome expects, so passing certification is tough. But we’ll be there some day.
