I know what you mean, but I think it is all we have for now (as for me- enough)

the most important thing should be to be able to change the color of the background label, to avoid the use of the styled buttons that are fully configurable.
Not possible, so far…
Actually, aside from the Terminal and LCD, none of the widgets have conformable background colour. That is one reason the Styled Button is intriguing as a static display widget.
Have you tried printing unicode to one yet? I haven’t tried to see if Styled Button text can even be changed via code.
yes unicode runs well on styled widgets
