App not working

I’m getting request timeout while trying to login to my account. It happens after the button changes from connecting to syncing.

Which OS do you use?

I have same problem today. My iOS is 8.3. Err msg: kACNetworkManagerError Domain error -2
and other msg:
Server don’t respond in time. Connection to Inet is fine and checked of course. It seems that device is connected via port 8442.
The problem is when App try to Syncing Profile.

Could you please try connect via IP 45.55.195.102 and tell us if that helps?

tried on port 8443 but error msg returned: Can not connect to server. Try later. :wink:

port 8443 is for Applications only. for hardware it is 8442

yes I know. Problem is between iOS App and Blynk Cloud. Connection between device and cloud on 8442 is working fine.

If you mean on Blynk App on iOS - yes. 45.55.195.102:8443 at Custom section of App.

yes. this one: Can not connect to server. Try later.

After hit login: Profile Conflict. Profile on this device is not synced with server. Which version should be used? Use local profile OR Use server profile.
Both option is not working.
